Splitting a Vehicle Horizontally
Popping the top off the Jeep was much easier than expected. Remove some body mount bolts, a bunch of hoses, disconnect some wires, and a few other bits.
Removing the old drive train to begin test fitting the new drive train required coming up with a solution since the engine crane is too short. I am also waiting for a few more transfer case parts to arrive so I can finish rebuilding it and putting it on to do a final test fit. Overall the fitment with a 1.25″ body lift and the AEV Tummy Tucker that raises up the rear of the drive train is pretty damn good.
